I need someone to take over my lease. I signed up until July 31, 2009, but I would like to be out by the end of December/beginning of January. You don't have to take over my apartment, you just have to live at Coastal! Also, the office reevaluates housing rates in January, so if you take over my lease, you would be able to get a better rate! I might even be willing to help pay for your application fee, which is $200. (This acts as a down payment as well as for any damages that might occur.)
